2. What do the last digits of the TIN, 00000, tell you?

The business is the head office, not a branch The business has no employees The business isn't VAT-registered

They're the branch code. All zeros is the head office; each registered branch gets its own code.

3. Your 2303's reminders say to file "with or without operation". What does that mean?

File only in months with sales File every return on time, even with no sales File once a year if sales are low

Every return for your tax types is due on schedule whether or not you sold anything. A missed zero return is still late.
